Let’s start off with some of my favourite fruity items.
This was breakfast the other day. In this bowl we have some yogurt, almond milk, ground chia and flax seeds, berries, 1/2 a banana, and a dollop of almond butter. Yum. Just yum.
As per usual, this morning Amy, Max, and I headed out for an 8km run! It wasn’t pretty out.. but the view was pretty great.
I haven’t been sleeping all that well lately, so today I completely passed out on the couch around 4pm. Max snagged a pic, sneaky kid. ps.. haven’t napped in AGES.
